Xylobladz can add Tuff Stuff to your
blades.
The Tuff Stuff option is only available
on Series 2, Zero G and Carbo G paddles only.
Tuff Stuff is a product that we put
around the edges of the blade. It gives a very durable, slightly
flexible and sharp edge that cuts into the water. It is almost
indestructible, so that some of the knocks the blade receives
to the edges in switching sides, for instance, are cushioned.
It is not an epoxy that some others
are using! We tried that years ago and found it to be brittle
and shattered when hit.
It will not however save the timber
in the blade if it is hit constantly or with enormous careless
force! Remember, these are finely crafted racing blades....treat
them with respect.
